Skilled facilitation creates an environment in which synergies happen, great ideas emerge, and groups move forward together. We facilitate group discussions on many levels:

  • small scale, such as focus groups
  • medium-sized groups, such as classroom discussions
  • larger groups, such as community forums.

For example, with Greater Auburn Gresham Development Corporation, we have implemented the Wine, Dine, and Learn initiative to build community cohesion and bolster civic engagement among community members, local stakeholders, and nonprofit leaders.

“People felt safe to be very sincere.”

“This is a spiritual event for me.”

“We’re all trying to make our communities better. Why should we do it in a silo when you can come together and share your resources and connect with people who might be having the same issues as you?”  – Wine Dine and Learn Participants
